it has been 3 weeks of dieting for me.. though i didnt lose as much as i hoped within 3 weeks in terms of weight, but it seems i have been losing inches.. sbb seluar lama da bole pakai!!! hihihi.. happy sgt2! to date, i've only lost  3.5kg within 3 weeks.. cant wait to see how much i'll lose in a month.. 

some ppl can lose much faster by skipping meals or eating extremely little. however in my case, i have to eat regularly about 5 times a day because of my tummy problem (gastric & acid reflux). some ppl will eat green apples 1 - 2 times a day, but i have to stop eating green apples because it is sour.. but i will substitute green apples with other non-acidic food hehe.. 

because my illness does not permit me eating oily food, that will really2 help in my trimming down journey ^_^

i have just started exercising.. but if m not well of course i'll take it easy on the exercise.. but if m well, i'd definitely do at least a half-hour aerobics.. even tho buat kat rumah je, but phewww peluh n pancit gila ok.. hahahaha.. hope this journey will last for a long time.. tak nak la stop tgh jalan kan.. i wanna be like the girl dlm gmbr tu, at her goal weight.. ;)
