every 4 years since 1998 i will convert myself into a fo0tball fan for world cup.. and i have been a brazil fan since.. but sadly this year, my fave ronaldo and ronaldinho tak main dah.. so m a lil skeptical of these young players.. but since kaka ada, i felt quite confident jugak since i've watched him play at 2006 world cup.. so m still keeping my hopes up for brazil! wat bout y'all, tgk world cup tak? if tgk, whc country do u root for?

ajoy asked me once why do i only watch world cup? my answer was "coz all the great players will be playing, and they're all playing for their country.." hehe bole pki ke reason tu, but mmg tu pun reasons i.. hehe..

~ pecah dara ~

ha?? pecah dara?? dara sape?? haha saje je buat tajuk gempak aka lucah di sini..

actually today my very own fishing rod yang pecah dara.. hehehe.. bought it for almost a year tp tak pernah guna lg.. patutnya last saturday yg kitaorg lepaskan penyu tu hajat di hati nk g kenyir.. fishing kat tepi2 je la.. but unfortunately terlajak tido hehe.. so today, kitaorg lepas tension n gian at tasik biru, rawang..

i wasnt into fishing before i met ajoy.. in fact, i never thought i'd like fishing.. in fact, i always associated fishing with rempits, xtau la nape.. hehehe.. smpi la a large group of us went to janda baik, coz one of our friends ada sort of a summer home kat situ, and ada kolam pancing.. so that was my first and only time then rasa memancing ni.. pki pun rod ajoy je.. but even so, i got about SEPULUH ikan talapia & patin!!! haha beginner's luck.. pastu rasa mcm tak sabarnya nak fishing lg.. tu yg beli rod tu.. time tu cari rod kaler pink takde.. so i bought purple & black.. bole la kan..

but the other day at tganu, we went to this fishing shop, ada DUA fishing rods in pink!!! haiyaaaa.. m like 1 yr too late?? hihi.. tak sabar nk g fishing lg.. best kan dpt share our partner's hobby.. ^_^

semut!!!!!

semut zmn skrg ni mmg menyusahkan kan.. xde gula or benda2 manis pun muncul gak diaorg kan.. tension tul.. byk pulak tu skali dtg tu.. ntah apa diaorg cari pun xtau.. sejak pindah umah ni, mmg our no. 1 prob is semut.. da mcm2 kitaorg buat and guna tp diaorg ttp ada.. sometimes tinggalkan air ribena on the table kejap je da ada semut dtg da.. x ke sakit hati camtu..

tat was until we found this ubat semut.. chewah mcm iklan free pulak tuk diaorg kan.. nama dia kingkong ant killer!! patut la semut takut agaknya.. hahaha!

we found tat when we used this ubat semut kan, even when we left ribena overnight pun takde apa2.. ada nasi terjatuh bwh meja pun takde semut.. kalau tak kan, x smpi stengah jam, baru nk pick up d rice da muncul da diaorg.. mmg bengang tak hengat punyer..

so sape ada masalah semut, sila la gunakan ant killers ini.. ^_^

~ durian oh durian ~

pendek je entry ni.. actually da lama da teringin nk mkn durian.. but time tu sakit tekak la.. batuk la.. so bila da lama2 jadi kempunan la kan.. and then kwn2 pulak asyik citer psl mkn durian kat fb.. post gmbr durian.. adeh.. tak thn daku.. hahaha! so today akhirnya ajoy & i bought ourselves durian yg da siap kopek tu kat giant sec 13, shah alam.. happy giler bila dpt durian.. hahaha!

there were durian kampung, durian d24 and durian musang king.. we bought the musang king one.. 1 packet is actually rm19.90.. but apek tu kata we can buy 2 for rm30.. agaknya sbb time kitaorg beli tu da around 930pm.. tu yg dpt discount tu kut.. hehe..

balik2 umah, apa lagi.. melantak la.. we finished 1 whole tray! lg satu simpan dulu.. ajoy ate 3 ulas jer.. i ate d rest, 5 ulas!! hehehe byk giler.. mampus aku kalau kepanasan mlm ni.. balas dendam punya pasal.. haha..

baby turtles!!!!

yesterday while we were on our way home, we stopped by at rantau abang, trganu coz nature called.. hehehe.. and there were this tandas awam tat looked clean.. when we reached the tandas awam, we saw a pakcik who were cleaning the toilets.. after we did what we needed to do, the pakcik told us "jap lagi ada org nak lepas penyu" in tganu dialects.. i, of course tak phm la.. ajoy understood and asked the pakcik more questions.. and when ajoy told me mmg kitaorg excited la sgt2 nk tgk org lepaskan baby turtles to the sea kan..

so we went down to the beach which was only about 5 minutes walk from the toilet and carpark.. mula2 mcm takde org jer, we werent even sure if we got the info right or not.. and then tak lama lps tu, we heard voices and more and more ppl were decending the beach..

by 8pm there were loads of ppl.. and we were all waiting for the cue to watch the release of the baby turtles.. so in between, ramai la org amik gmbr the turtles and themselves.. and since it was 8pm plus, gelap la kat situ kan.. so bila amik gmbr of coz la semua org guna flash.. pastu the facilitators asyik tegur everybody not to use flash and not to suluh the turtles.. kesian, coz the turtles looked agitated and they said it could affect the turtles' coordination and sense of direction.. it'll make them confused..

around 830pm kut, it was already time to release the turtles! and the best part was when the facilitator said "okay, sorang bole amik 2 ekor.. pegang bdn dia.. diri belakang line.. jgn lepaskan lagi ya.." of course bila pegang tu, the turtles were really active.. mcm tgh swimming hehehehe.. their legs (legs ke?? hahaha) didnt stop moving and i was worried they'd be too tired to swim by the time they get to the water.. hehe.. pastu a girl who did research on turtles told us to massage the turtles' neck, and tat wud calm the turtles.. it helped la, for a few secs, pastu they get agitated balik, and then relaxed and then agitated balik.. heheheh they're so cute..

and then, the facis told everyone to release the baby turtles.. watching them ran towards the sea was indescribable.. it is really nothing like watching it on tv.. and the cute thing is, some of them sesat and went the wrong way.. they got confused with all the torch lights.. kesian kan.. tp cute.. so everybody helped to pick the lost ones and directed them to the sea..

and when the turtles touched the sea water, i was among so many who bid the turtles good bye.. best sgt2.. :)

~ pengsan dpn kaunter ~

at long last, i had the opportunity to eat at this nasi minyak/nasi dagang stall that ajoy has been talking about ever since we set foot at KT (kuala tganu).. unfortunately, everytime lalu gerai ni, mesti tutup punya.. takde rezeki bak kata org..

(gmbr sekadar hiasan heheheheh)

so today, after friday prayers, ajoy & i and our friend, puteh went to jenguk if this gerai bukak.. coz at tganu kan, every friday before 5pm mmg mcm mati kat sini, semua org tak keluar, so jln sgt2 lengang and most shops and restaurants tak bukak pun.. except those franchise ones like kfc, a&w, mcd, pizzahut, guardian, watson, vincci, secret recipe, etc.. nasib baik gerai ni bukak today.. kalau tak, mesti kena mkn fast food.. adeh, tekak da tak leh nk terima da asyik mkn fast food jer.. hehehe..

and while eating, ajoy told us about a guy yg pernah sawan while eating at this gerai.. and then puteh pulak citer about our friend yg pernah tumpah her food even before she got to eat it at this same gerai.. then tiba2 i saw everybody kat kaunter order food tu pandang bwh.. i thought ada org punyer food jatuh lg.. so i got up to see wat everybody was looking at, tp takde food, but nmpk kaki.. hehehe.. rupanya there's this girl yg da jatuh pengsan terbaring in front of the counter.. so ramai la pegi tolong dia.. as for us three, semua cam terdiam jap.. ye la, a few mins b4 tat baru je citer psl mcm2 benda jadi kat kedai ni, tiba2 ada org pengsan at this same gerai jugak.. tat girl tgh pening rupanya.. lapar sgt kut..

hehehe.. we were kinda wondering, nape kedai ni mcm2 jadi.. pelaris dia kuat sgt ke ek.. as for the food, yes, mmg sedap.. nama gerai is gerak sri wani.. it is very near killiney's kopitiam, and bora2 cafe.. right in front of ada surau kecik.. gerai biasa je.. tp sedap.. ;)

yeayyyy da dpt album!!!

last week our OP call ckp album da siap sbnrnya.. hehehe.. but bcoz we went to tganu kan, so tis week baru dpt collect.. yesterday to be precised (tp update blog lmbt kan.. hihihi aina mmg kura2 bab update blog skang ni.. sorry.. :P)

we are very satisfied with our album.. actually for all events, they will only give album yg 8' x 12' or yg 10' x 12'.. but kata radzi, diaorg bg kitaorg upgrade to 18' x 12', album yg paling besar, whc is what we wanted pun.. so mmg best la dpt wat we want for free kan.. hehehe.. d good thing bout having a huge album although it may not be logistically convenient is tat it can fit more pics compared to having 2 small albums.. plus, if ppl wanna see gmbr pun, nk tgk dua2 majlis kan, so might as well sumbat everything in one album..

i browsed thru my blog rupanya takde update pun about our weddings pics since we got the pics CD from OP eh.. heheheheh.. in fact, takde langsung citer psl our OP kan.. hahahahah! apa la aina ni kan.. ok, in the next entry i'll upload some pics k..

so why pixelworks? first of all, budget kitaorg tak besar mana pun sbnrnya.. for the whole wedding k.. 2ndly, mula2 igtkan amik OP for my side aje, but MIL requested nk OP jugak on ajoy's side.. so our budget for photog tu kena la guna for 2 events instead of 1 event only.. coz mula2 ajoy igtkan his cousins bole amik gmbr.. coz his cousins amik gmbr mmg cantik2.. mcm pro.. but bcoz they're not full timers, so xkan nk rush2 they all to edit d pics kan, x best la coz they all pun ada keje lain nk buat.. hehe.... bcoz of tat, MIL requested nk OP for their side jugak.. :)

mula2 my choice was nazim zafri.. gmbr dia kan superb.. nk shahrin aziz tu mmg tak mampu la.. hehehe.. nazim zafri costs bout rm1.5k - rm1.9k for 1 event, 1 photog.. i prefer to have 2 photogs actually, coz diff photogs have diff eyes for angles.. imho la.. so kalau nk tmbh photog, ntah brp pulak cost dia kan.. pastu for 2 events da jadi at least rm3k..

question is, how to spend about rm3k, for 2 events, 2 photogs, free post-wed photoshoot/outdoor, and custom photobook? my bff, who is also my bridesmaid suggested pixelworks coz her sis hired them for her E-day.. gmbr pun cantik.. browsed thru their website, agak puas hati jugak.. we decided to meet with them.. and we got a quotation of rm2.7k for all the criteria i listed tadi.. but we didnt agree right away yet..

we met with several photogs before agreeing with pixelworks.. ada yg beza harga only rm50.. but, yg slacknya album dia tak cantik.. poor finishing.. editing pun tak cantik sgt.. yg bestnya, on our wedding day, another trainee photog tagged along, so ada 3 photogs altogether.. yeay!! hehehe.. nk mcm2 tp xnk byr mahal2 hehehe.. biasa ar tu kan.. :P

so we both think this is the best deal we got la.. m sure byk lg OP bg package lg murah kut.. only we dont know mana nak cari jer.. hehehe..

~ 120610 : wedding of ina & adam @ kemaman ~

last sat ajoy & i went to our friend's wedding @ kemaman, terengganu.. since we were already in tganu so might as well pegi la kan... and actually, we had about 3-4 more wedding invites on the same date (12th june 2010) tp yg lain kat KL so tak sempat la nk pegi..

anyway, i've always liked to go to weddings yg luar selangor & KL because m curious with their adat and food.. coz lain tempat sometimes lain procedures dia, food pun lain..

so this time, kat tganu pulak.. d wedding was held at felda neram 1.. and at tat same area, there were so many other weddings on the same date.. i pun tak sure brp tp mmg byk.. hehe.. we followed the signage towards their house and parked kat tempat ramai org park.. nmpk ada 1 umah ni ada khemah but we werent sure if tats our friend's house ke tak.. nasib baik ada banner for their kenduri, kalau tak mesti da g mkn kat salah umah tu.. hahahahah... personally, i usually dont like banners for weddings, but for weddings camnie i think it is essential to the wedding.. kalau tak pegi salah umah pulak kan.. hehe..

we arrived juz as adam, the groom nak akad nikah.. hehehe timing baik punya.. sempat tgk diaorg nikah.. for those in selangor & KL, kalau nk akad, the groom kena sebut nama kita in full and the amount semua kan? kalau kat kelantan pulak, pendek jer "aku terima nikahnya dgn mas kahwin tersebut tunai...", kat tganu pulak, nama pun tak yah sebut, tp mas kahwin kena sebut brp jumlahnya.. so my friend ni, mas kahwin + wang hantaran kut coz mas kahwin yg adam sebut was rm11,111.11.. haaaa korang bygkan la nk lafazkan amount tu.. tak ke berbelit lidah hehehehehe.. nasib baik tak yah sebut nama.. hehehehe..

so lepas da akad, the new husband & wife pun kuar ke meja beradab.. pastu ada persembahan silat.. tp pengantin tak mkn lagi.. after the persembahan silat baru the pengantins went and change to their sanding attire pastu kuar makan.. we didnt get the chance to see them on their pelamin coz we had to leave already..

ajoy demam actually.. sbb tu we left quite early.. apa2 pun, we were delighted that ina & adam are already married.. semoga berbahagia ke akhir hayat.. enjoy d pics.. :)

~ Lagenda Budak Setan : my review ~

hi y'all...

haaa setelah sekian lama semua org duk ckp psl movie LAGENDA BUDAK SETAN, akhirnya i pun tgk jugak la setelah di ajak oleh suami tercinta.. dia pun nk tgk coz semua org duk ckp best..best..best.. fyi kan, sebenarnya ajoy & i mmg tak pernah tgk malay movie kat cinema tau.. bukan apa, rasa mcm rugi je nk byr tiket tuk tgk malay movie because usually jln citer ntahapahapantah, quality movie kureng, quality sound n colour pun kureng, and usually mesti kuar time raya in 2-3 yrs time punye.. imagine u pay the same amount for an english movie, contohnya prince of persia kan, tak ke mcm langit dgn bumi beza dgn malay movie?

so anyway, wat do i think of LBS ni eh? coz ada some of my friends ckp tak best, ada yg ckp best sgt2.. my verdict ~ biasa aje.. mcm citer2 yg kita bole tgk time raya tu.. and betul apa yg one of my friends ckp, tak tgk pun tak rugi.. to peminat2 LBS, sorry la k.. takpe, meaning byk lg room for improvement for this industry in malaysia.. betul tak.. hihihi..

so here are my observations:-

1) camera dekat giler dgn muka - apsal camera tu mcm da nk cium the actors & actresses?? dekat sgt2 la camera dgn muka diaorg.. tah pape tah..

2) ayu & amy - mmg la muka diaorg berbeza sbb plastic surgery.. tp apsal la tak cari pengganti yg putih lepak cam si lisa or ayu tu.. takkan la lps plastic surgery smpi bdn pun jd hitam kut.. hahhahahahah!!! bukan tu jer, bentuk bdn semua jd lain.. and amy tu boncet n perut berlipat2 lg tu.. tp ayu tu kan slim giler..

3) amy - sape yg berlakon as amy tu ek.. serious tak kenal.. tp i mmg tak kenal ramai actress yg baru2 ni hihihi.. nama pun katak bwh tempurung kan.. kakakaka..

4) suzana/raja farah - nape dia cam gelap dlm movie ni ek.. dia mmg gelap gitu ke.. rasanya in other ads or movies tak gelap gitu pun kan.. or am i wrong.. hmm..

5) rumah mak ayu - ape kes rumah nmpk cam banglo spa or resort bagai?? giler tak realistic.. make the house homely la kalau nk pakai tempat tu pun.. tah pape tah..

6) rumah kasyah - haiii.. da la baru keje, bukan anak org kaya, tp rumah sikit punyer besar for a fresh grad yg baru nk start keje??? dah takde apartment yg bole dipakai ke? mcm tak logic jer..

7) the whole adaptation - ajoy & i felt lg best kalau citer ni betul2 follow the novel kut.. d same setting and all.. tp kalau uncle diat (ahadiat ni kira relative ajoy sebenarnyer hehehehe mati aku kalau dia baca entry ni :P) da approve d story line kitaorg nk ckp apa kan.. hihihi.. sorry uncle diat.. ^_^

8) handphone/email/facebook/IT - tak wujud ke benda2 ni kat dlm movie ni ek?? coz mcm ada confusion kat sini.. kalau nk ikut time2 original novel, then nape pki keta jazz? then nape pki camera canon/nikon tu? kalau nk adapt to zaman kita, then sgt2 tak logic tat kasyah da balik KL tak terus contact ayu thru all those technologies yg ada.. at least tny la kat suzana, eh apa citer ayu ya, aku try contact dia tak dpt.. ni tny ayu mana.. kat situ ada sikit tak logic la..

so tu je la yg i tak brp suka psl movie nie.. and i didnt even shed a tear.. not a single tear..
ok, kalau positive side or yg kitaorg suka pulak..

i) lisa surihani & que haidar mmg berlakon best giler.. esp part yg azmi pukul2 ayu tu.. real giler.. mmg rasa cam nk bunuh je si azmi tu.. bravo que.. and as for lisa, mmg suka dia berlakon sbb natural.. and in my opinion yg 2 sen je ni, lisa's acting is far better than erra fazira yg ramai sgt org suka lakonan dia tu..

ii) byk gak shots kat s.alam hahahahah.. cam kantoi gak la sbb nmpk masjid & ajoy nmpk SUK kat blkg nun wpun tlh di blur2kan..

iii) fazura blakon pun best gak la.. quite natural.. and dia cantik sgt dlm movie nie..

sorry readers (cheh mcm la ramai yg baca kan hihihihi ^_^).. xtau nape cam malas bebenor nk meng-update my blog lately..

anyway, for those who knows, sometimes i'll follow ajoy keje kat tganu.. so today (kira today la eh..) we juz reached tganu.. actually we started our journey from 3pm.. tp smpi KT at 11.30pm.. haaa cuba kira brp jam.. 8.5 hours tu! lama giler ok.. da bole smpi perlis da.. hahahhahahah...

u might w0nder nape lama sgt??? actually da nk gerak da after zuhur, ard 2pm tp hujan lebat.. but then nearly 3pm pun hujan tak reda lagi so we decided to make a move jugak la.. kalau tak lambat pulak sampai nanti kan.. rupanya hujan mmg tak stop2 dr s.alam smpi la ke KT.. sometimes lebat, sometimes renyai2.. but mostly lebat giler.. kiranya perjalanan kami tu dirahmati la kut.. sbb hujan kan rahmat.. aminnnn.. hihihi..

so dah la hujan kan.. cuti skolah pulak tu.. so there were soooo many cars on the road.. semua bwk slow sbb hujan kan.. plus for those who are familiar with routes to KT, smpi satu thp tu da kena masuk coastal road kan.. ajoy mmg suka coastal road, but me no like.. coz byk keta lembab.. hogging the road.. and tat was exactly wat happened td.. haishhhh.. sungguh ku tak bole bersabar camtu.. i love highway sbb bleh tekannnnnnn laju2.. heheheh.. eh, da lari topic..

and then we stopped at paka, tganu.. ajoy kena jumpa sorang biz partner dia kat situ.. sempat la mkn nasi kukus paka.. lupa la nk amik gmbr coz da lapar sgt.. and the nasi kukus was sedap giler!! tak bole bandingkan langsung ngan d ones kat KL.. sedap sgt2.. bak kata my friend RR, tganu & kltn punyer gulai mmg sedap.. pastu we continued our journey to KT..

on d way tu kan, ada ke tis Odyssey ni whc was from the other side of the road terus cross jalan dgn laju and went straight in front of us.. ajoy had to brake emergency sbb dia masuk laju sgt.. if we didnt brake, they'd definitely hit us.. and the lorry from our opposite road mmg laju giler.. tats y Ody tu cross laju giler sbb takut kena langgar dgn lorry kut.. giler dia tu.. pastu da buat drama camtu, bole pulak drive ala2 berjalan2 di taman bunga la pulak.. slow nk tutttttttt...... hish sabar aina sabar.. hehehehe..

but alhamdulillah we reached KT safely despite driving quite fast dlm hujan2 tu..

cerai???

Satu petang yang hening, aku duduk berehat-rehat di balkoni rumah sambil mengusha anak-anak dara yang lalu lalang. Sementara itu anakku, Boboy yang berusia 3 tahun sedang bermain-main di ruangan tengah, aku lihat dia tersenyum seorang diri. Apalah yang dia tgh fikir agaknya.

Isteri? Ada kat dapur nun, memasak. Betapa bahagianya famili aku ini. Isteriku memang cukup rajin memasak, anak-anakku pulak petah berkata-kata menghiburkan kami sekeluarga. Alahaiiiiiiiii!! Aku senyum sorang-sorang dek bangga memiliki famili ni. Tengah aku dok senyum, tetibe Boboy datang.

‘Abah… Mak nak cerai…’

Aku tersentap.. Mataku berpinar. Anak-anak dara yang lalu lalang, kelihatan macam nenek yang sedang bertaichi.

Tetiba je nak mintak pepisahan???

Aku ni bukanlah insan yang lemah. Segalanya cukup baik dari segi nafkah zahir, nafkah batin, sume dah bagi kat bini aku tuh.Rumah yang aku duduk skang ni pun aku tumpang aje. (Dia yang beli, so dia ler yang bayar. Hehehe!!) Pas tu kereta yang kat depan rumah tu memang aku habis bayar pun khas untuk dia (Perodua Kancil 660 tahun 1999) Ape lagi yang kurang?? Dengan panas kepala, aku terjah dia kat dapur.

"KIAH, APO KUGHRENYO KASIH SAYE ABE KO MU? APO ABE LO NI DOK COMEY LAGI KO?? SAMPA HATI MU BUAK LAGU NIH…"

"Ape nie Bang?? Susah sangat ke nak bagi?"

"KIAH!! MU JANGE NOK UJI"

"Iyelah. Kalau berani buat lah…"

"KIAAAAAAAAAAAH!! MU NI DOH MELAMPAU!"

Kaki aku dah mengeletar, peluh menitik-nitik, hidung aku kembang kempis, kat telinga plak dah terdengar-dengar lagu Anang Hermansyah. Jari-jemari plak sejuk membeku. Sanggupkah aku ucapkan perkataan itu???

"Iyeeeeeeee. Buatlah Abang oiiii. Saya nak masak gulai ni. Kang hangit kang.. Pegilah ambik serai tu cepat. Boboy tak cakap kat awak ke??"

"HAH SERAI???????"

~ cuti2 malaysia ~

hari tu 28th - 30th may 2010, ajoy & i went to pulau pangkor for cuti2 malaysia with ajoy's family.. this trip was sponsored by my parents in laws sebenarnyer hehehe.. we stayed at puteri bayu beach resort.. yg kelakarnya kan, my best friend, along pun pegi pangkor with her family jugak hehehehe.. and our hotels were only like 5 mins walking distance jer..

anyway, ajoy & i gerak lmbt skit dr his family, tghari baru gerak.. so we reached lumut pun da about 4pm plus kut.. jam giler highway masa tu.. da la tak terfikir nak amik guthrie highway.. we took nkve instead.. there were so many cars on the road, tambah pulak ada lori accident pulak tu.. so traffic was really2 slow.. but on the bright side, since smpi lumut pun da petang, so the queue for the ferry pun tak panjang mcm time along sampai jetty..

sampai2 hotel, tgk nabil (ajoy's lil bro) da main pool da.. it was an extremely hot day.. so ajoy & i pun mcm tak sabar nk masuk air gak.. heheheheh.. but we ended up mandi laut bcoz semua da ada kat situ plus pool ramai giler org! and then mlm dinner kat hotel jer, but alhamdulillah food was quite good.. :)

the next day ajoy rented a motorbike tuk kitaorg pusing2 pulau, also for ajoy's family nk pakai cari or beli apa2 ke.. coz d area we stayed tu mostly area chinese.. kat teluk nipah yg byk gerai melayu.. this is where we had our lunch too.. sedap!
