::breakfast ideas::

got this info from 'the malaysian women's weekly'.. for now, i share their breakfast ideas, as for lunch n dinner, later2 la k.. 

2 boiled/poached eggs on a single wholemeal bread with 1 tbsp of low-fat spread 

oats porridge with dried raisin 

2 fat-free chapattis with kuah dal

 fish congee/porridge 

beehoon soup with fish balls

so if u noticed, they propose beehoon and porridge which i dont eat kan.. because my breakfast are mostly kat kedai, so my options are quite limited.. i usually opt for roti bakar, sometimes with half boiled eggs.. if i can get fruits, i will eat banana before everything else.. usually 1 banana pun da kenyang giler.. and since i dont eat oats porridge, i opt for muesli cereal with fresh fruits if possible.. :)
