tgk tak prince william & kate kawin today?? tak nak citer byk, just a short comment: love them together! love kate! love love love her dress!! 

i missed their arrival and the arrival of their guests including our Agong coz i am not feeling well, masa tu tgh tido hehehe.. now nk tgk balik the beginning.. ^_^

anyways, congratulations to the duke and duchess of cambridge, prince william & princess catherine (kate).. 

somehow or rather ajoy and i do feel quite connected to this because ajoy was born in london, n me in UK.. tu yg cam nk jugak tgk their wedding wpun tak sihat hihihi..

::mini reunion & irma's bday celebration::

last thurs we had a simple and small suprise bday celebration for irma as well as mini reunion at full house, jln yap kwan seng.. we gave irma a slice of red velvet from bisou and a small box containing a few simple gifts for irma.. murah2 jer hehehe sorry darling.. ^_^ and nasib baik jugak beli 1 slice of cake jer.. share2 between all 5 of us pun susah giler nk abiskan coz kekenyangan yg amat.. 

the highlight of the reunion was photog session after dinner.. kitaorg buat FH (full house) tu mcm rumah sdri.. suka hati je amik gmbr sana sini.. well i think the restaurant was built for ppl giler camera cam kitaorg.. hihihihi.. 

theme for the nite was red.. and irma coming wearing white with red belt tu mcm kena la sgt2 sbb nmpk like she was the queen of the nite kan.. hehehe.. 

ok malas nk citer pjg2.. we had loads of fun.. laughed a lot smpi sakit perut.. will definitely do this again.. gmbr pun i letak ckit dah la eh.. ni pun curi from irma's fb hihihi..

i've been wanting to watch this movie for a longggg time.. i am not sure about this, but i dont think this movie has arrived malaysia yet or ever.. but, ajoy has downloaded this movie and we had a blast watching it.. 

at first i thought this would be a blardy boring movie.. but boy was i wrong.. captivating from start to end.. funny as h*ll too.. for more info on this movie.. wiki it!! ^_^

::a gift from my bff::

last monday, my bff sha gave me a beautiful kaftan.. and its pink! my fave colour of course! love it, love it, love it to the max!! yeay da ada baju raya hehehehe.. tq so much darling! *hugssss*

::a visit to the baby doctor::

first of all, dont get me wrong.. hehehe.. still not pregnant yet.. which was why we went to a baby doctor.. just to check if something is wrong with us.. the doc we met was very2 nice.. and he gave me a homework for me to read on wat's to come, wat will be done to us, esp to me, causes for probable infertility n such.. this is a paper done by National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) from UK.. 

tis is a very good info for all of us still trying to conceive, esp those married more than 1 year.. i have to tell you there are 80 pages, but not to worry, tulisan dia besar2 and you only have to read certain parts.. page 1 - 8 tu my doc kata tak pyh baca pun takpe.. and then when it comes to IVF and other methods if we are really infertile tu tak yah la baca lg sbb test lum buat lg kan.. plus some of the info are quite different from other reading materials i've read..

ever since i've turned a new life into a hijabi, i've been so inspired by hana tajima and her scarflets (if i may call them that).. they are very bold in mixing fashion with hijab which i admire very much.. 

i have learnt that wearing hijab does not mean we cant melawa2 which is such a contrary to most ppl's opinion on hijabs.. in fact, i believe we can be a lot more creative with hijabs.. if i may say so.. hehe..

however kan.. yg buat frustrating nyer kan.. most of these hijabi fashionistas/sylistas are so skinny, slim n tall.. so for sure la apa2 they all pakai pun nmpk cantikkkk jer.. pelik2 pun nmpk cantik jugak.. some of the styles i also cannot digest, pelik bonar.. but those yg i like, nnti i'll feel like ala dia tinggi, dia slim bole la pki camtu.. bila aku pki nmpk huduh.. hihihi.. esp now tat i've gained soooo much inches and bulges!! 

haihhh my never ending battle of love-hate relationship with my body.. m sure many girls out there feels me.. kan kan kan.. 

and to add to that, i found this girl from a link my friend gave me about hijab & fashion and i love her! dina toki-o adds to my list of fashionable hijabis i love..;) have a look at her styles..

well ajoy and i are.. kind of.. hehehe.. i love to watch the show for the songs.. and the moves.. i like quinn coz she's so pretty and perfect.. i love some of the story lines in it.. 

HOWEVER.. some of the stories/story line just dont make sense.. it is like the writers just write for the sake of writing, thinking their fans will just accept watever's being thrown at them.. well maybe majority does.. but i for one think tat some things just dont make sense..

for example.. sue sylvester got a part time gig as oral intensity's coach?? u knw how astro repeat their shows like 100 times? so every time this episode comes on and i happen to watch it i will definitely say how illogical it is for a coach from school A, can be glee club coach at another school.. in reality, tat will never ever happen.. just absurd.. tah pape tah..

and please dont get me started on the relationships that goes around in that group.. urrghhhhh.. 

seriously writers, time to be more creative ok..

Aku rasa adat kita membentuk bagaimana berkembangnya hubungan suami isteri itu.Isteri dipanggil dengan gelaran "orang rumah","suri rumah" atau "tukang masak."

Kalau kita lihat pun,banyak petua2 orang tua yang membuatkan kaum perempuan dilabelkan sebagai "mereka yang bekerja di dapur" dan "tukang masak masakan kegemaran suami."

Jadi,meh sini aku bagitau korang satu benda penting yang aku belajar daripada kursus kahwin hari tu.

Dalam hubungan suami isteri mengikut Islam,tugas-tugas memasak,mengemas rumah,cuci kipas,cat dinding,basuk berak anak,mem-vacuum rumah dan sebagainya..

....adalah tugas si Suami.Suami bertanggungjawab memastikan semua benda tu dan fungsi suami adalah "BEKERJA" untuk rumah tangga itu.

Tugas isteri?

Tugas isteri hanyalah taat dan patuh kepada suami serta mencantikkan diri untuk suami (untuk suami dan bukan untuk orang awam,pakai perfume habis satu ofis bau.).Jika seseorang isteri itu enggan memasak atas arahan suaminya,isterinya tidak bersalah kerana itu tugas suami.Isteri ada hak membantu suaminya membuat kerja2 itu jika suaminya memerlukan pertolongan.

Tengok drama,siapa masak? Siapa sapu sampah? Siapa mandikan anak?
Perempuan kan? Itu semua sebab adat kita.Ikut agama lain bang. Nak ikut mana?

Kaum lelaki semua,bersedialah untuk belajar memasak dan memakai apron di rumah.Mental aku lepas tau benda tu terus terganggu sekejap.Habis luruh segala pemahaman lama aku pasal tugas suami isteri ni.

Ada lah seketika tu aku wish aku ada vagina.
Dan baru lah aku sedar,suami yang menggelarkan isteri mereka orang rumah adalah suami yang tak 

menunaikan tanggungjawab diorang,sebab lelaki sepatutnya "orang rumah" sesebuah keluarga.

actually da byk kali jumpa something like this.. but, somehow the majority of marriages are still stuck in the ancient adat in perkahwinan.. i dont know bout other races, but this definitely happens a lot amongst malays.. 

however, i do know that many married couples my generations are going towards the roles mentioned above..  many husbands are now cooking for their wives and families, and also kemas rumah too.. my husband is also one of them.. (love u cyg!)

now m sure like me, u hv wondered why male chefs cook better than us females do kan.. tats because they are meant to cook to begin with hahahaha logic tak reasoning tu.. pandai2 je aku ni.. kihkihkih.. :P

m not saying we ladies/wives should stop cooking.. i wont.. i love cooking.. m just saying, when we cook, cook because we love to do it, because we wanna do it, because we feel like helping our husband ke apa ke, BUT try not to do it because terpaksa, or because rasa obligated.. 

as for husbands, dont treat yr wives like they're your personal chef pls.. esp if she's working.. the fact tat she's working to help you support your household means you should be more thankful to have such a wife, and household workload should be divided together fairly.. ;)

just my two cents.. ^_^
